Lefthanded Cutting Tools, owned and operated by BLM Enterprises, inc. was founded in 2008. My goal is to provide left handed tools used for cutting activities, whether it’s cutting coupons out of the paper, carving the turkey, slicing bread, or pruning your landscaping.
As a left handed person, I have found these everyday activities to be frustrating and unsafe when performed with right handed scissors and knives. Furthermore, lefthanded scissors and lefthanded knives are not readily available in any department store. The only recourse is to purchase these items online.
Most left handed people are ambidextrous and get along quite well with most right handed products such as corkscrews and can openers. It’s the cutting tools, scissors and knives, that cause problems because they are sharp, serrated, and on the wrong side of the blade for use by a lefty. They are unsafe to use and can cause injury to a left handed person. As gifts, these left handed products are practical, but will be greatly appreciated by anyone who is left handed.
I strive for complete customer satisfaction with the products I sell. I own many of these myself, so they have been tested by a lefty.
